Officially Licensed by the US Department of the Navy, the striking US Navy watch line is complemented by five different models, three of which feature a stainless steel case and two which feature a black PVD finished case in the signature oversized 45mm case, whose crown and push buttons are positions on the left-hand side so that wearing comfort is not restricted. The military green dial sports bold Super Luminova numerals characteristic of this collection, enabling the user to read the time event in the most extreme conditions. The water resistant black rubberized leather strap makes a significant contribution to the resistance and robustness of this exceptional chronograph.

Here's the deal - the only things I ever have the urge to buy are watches, shoes, and sunglasses - typical guy (or maybe not, who knows).

Anyway - I've been looking for a new watch for two years. I saw an ad for this one in the New York Times magazine - looked pretty good. I went to Technomarine website - it was about six hundred bucks. For kicks, I checked Amazon - it was $450. I jumped...

The watch came - it was much bigger than I expected - watch face is huge.

Although I've been slightlyt disappointed about the watch band - it's a little hard to affix to my wrist - I'm so happy with this purchase that I can't believe it. Just sitting here at my desk, looking at the watch on my wrist, typing away - I'm very very happy.

The only reason that I'd say you shouldn't buy this watch is that I would't want too many people to be wearing the same thing I am.
